The Pale Blue Section

In the far flung year of 2015, a group of Lunar Rabbits clash with the wolves of Youkai Mountain. Play as the Pale Blue Section as they are sent into Gensokyo in order to lead the way for a larger Lunarian invasion.

Starring Seiran, with a special appearance of Momiji.

How To Play:

Pale Blue Section is a turn based strategy game, played by two players. You will be controlling the Lunarians, the AI will be controlling the Tengu. Turns are broken into two phases. First is the Action Phase, which is followed by the Bullet Phase. At the end of both of these phases, the turn ends. Play is then passed to the other player.

Action Phase

The Action Phase consists of a player spending command points to activate units. Units can take a single action, once per turn. Spend your command points wisely. Left click to select units, left click the same unit again to deselect it, regardless of the action.

Unit Actions

• Move: The selected unit can move a number of spaces. A unit cannot move through other units. If a unit moves into a space with a bullet, it will take damage from that bullet.
• Shoot: The selected unit shoots a single bullet. These all have different speeds and damage. Bullets will not stop until they hit either a unit or the map edge.
• Shield: The selected unit places down a shield. These can reflect bullets and lasers.
• Melee: The selected unit hits an adjacent unit. This will instantly defeat any unit that gets hit.

Special Note: Lasers 
Lasers have a delay in firing. When using the shoot action with a unit which can fire lasers, a non damaging beam will be placed. On the following turn's bullet phase, this will become a laser. Lasers end when the unit shooting a laser moves.

Bullet Phase

The Bullet Phase consists of all bullets in play moving. If a laser was placed on the last turn's action phase, then it activates now.

End of Game 

The game ends when all the units of one side are knocked out. There is no alternative victory conditions at this time.
